In the period from April 24 to 26, a design and analytical session on the implementation of the strategic academic leadership program "Priority 2030" was held at the M.I. Platov YURSPU (NPI). The expert group was sent to our university by the "Center for Strategic Studies" (Sociocenter). During the session, the university's project teams, with the support of experts from the Sociocenter, worked out key issues of implementing the university's development and transformation strategy, project management systems and other issues related to development within the framework of the Priority 2030 program.

The expert group of the Sociocenter included Alexander Osadchenko, Director of the School of Engineering Entrepreneurship at the National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University, Alexey Bobryshev, Professor at Stavropol State Agrarian University, and Victoria Buchadskaya, Director of the Department of Strategic Development and Implementation of Priority Programs at Adygea State University.

The delegation had an introductory tour of the university, including the laboratory "Processing of fuel and energy waste", where the head of the laboratory Elena Alfredovna Yatsenko acquainted the expert group with research in the field of waste processing of coal combustion and the production of heat–insulating geopolymer materials.

On April 26, 2023, the chief researcher of the Research Institute of Multiprocessor Computing Systems named after Academician A.V. Kalyaev of the Southern Federal University (Research Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Southern Federal University), laureate of the State Prize of the Russian Federation, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Igor Anatolyevich Kalyaev paid a working visit to YURGPU (NPI). Professor Kareev was given a tour of the university's laboratories, including the fuel and energy waste recycling laboratory, where he was introduced to the latest achievements of the research group, the instrument base and the latest laboratory equipment.
