Professor Chaudhary from the Indian Institute of Technology Indore (Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India) was hired by SRSPU (NPI) for the entire duration of the specified project, until December 2024. He will carry out scientific management of the laboratory "Fuel and Energy Waste Waste". Processing".

In his 26-year professional career, Professor Chaudhary has worked as an academic, researcher and industry expert in the field of sustainable building, including waste recycling, building materials development and evaluation, structural analysis and design.

He is currently a professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Indore, as well as the head of the Institute's Center for Rural Development and Technology. Prior to joining the Indian Institute of Technology, Indore, he worked as a lecturer in various positions at the National Institute of Technology Malawi, Jaipur.

A welcoming meeting was held between Professor Sandip Chaudhary and Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation of the SRSPU (NPI) Vladimir Sergeevich Puzin and representatives of the laboratory staff - Professor, Doctor of Technical Sciences. Opening the meeting, Vladimir Sergeevich expressed the university's interest in establishing friendly relations with the Indian Technological University of Indore and personally with Professor Chaudhary as a world-famous materials scientist.

In turn, Professor Chaudhary expressed his gratitude to the project leaders for the warm welcome and the opportunity to take part in an interesting and promising scientific project. Professor Chaudhary noted that he already had experience of applying for participation in international Russian-Indian projects, but this project was the first one he won.

Professor Chaudhary spoke in detail about the faculties and research areas of the Indian Institute of Technology in Indore, noted that this university occupies an honorable 12-13 place in the top 20 leading universities in India.
